Galapagos Fishing | 2012 Leaving NY

It’s that very particular time of 12 months after I head off to the most effective Marlin, Tuna, and Wahoo chunk on the planet!  This 12 months I’ll within the Galapagos, Ecuador (San Cristobal Island) for over 20 days of which I plan to fish for no less than 16 of them.

Three teams of anglers will probably be becoming a member of me (every of them will probably be there for a number of days).  All of them are Galapagos veterans and we count on one other nice 12 months.  The primary group contains Peter Bordes, Peter Sabo, and tow of their buddies (rookies).  The second group contains Paul Stevens, Alan Lapes, and Melissa Stevens.  The ultimate group is Steve Palmo and Mitch Wergiles with whom I’ve spent many, many days in unique locations chasing massive fish.

My very shut buddy Pete Santini and founding father of the Sportfish Galapagos constitution operation.  has been on the island for a couple of weeks already and has a terrific really feel for the chunk.

I’m bringing some actually cool gear with me together with the newest massive recreation rods from Penn, all the brand new Yo-Zuri lures, and all kinds of Moldcraft, Islander, and Black Bart marlin lures.

The phrase is that the Marlin chunk has damaged large open on the Santini Financial institution.  My first fishing day is Thursday, so keep tuned!
